   Those coming from the southern side to Chidambaram used to stay in this place to relax for a while. ?They found this temple with Lord Kasi Viswanatha and Mother Meenakshi and believed that the pilgrimage to Chidambaram would be complete if they submit their prayers first in this temple said to belong to Chola period. ?It is suggested that those going to Chidambaram should not miss this temple of all aesthetic beauty.
